Coeur D'Alene

Next Stop: Coeur D'Alene, but along the way we stopped for huckleberry shakes and to take a picture at the Idaho border.

If you look at the picture above you will notice a small berm next to Jordan, on the right. Over that berm was a small trail that tucked back into the trees. We decided to take the scooter off the RV and check it out. It turned out to be a good idea. We followed it deep into the forest and came across some cool scenery.

We spent almost a week in Coeur D'Alene visiting my dad and Lisa. We kept things pretty low-key while we were there. I definitely enjoyed the lazy days after a few crazy ones spent in Glacier. We cleaned the RV including shampooing the carpets, did 100 loads of laundry, and fixed the breaks. Daddy was so helpful with fixing the RV. Daddy and Lisa definitely spoiled us while we were there. I think I gained 10 pounds :)

We went out on the boat one day while we were there but it was too windy to get out on the wake board.

Jordan and I went out on our own to the lake a few times to swim. The spots we went swimming have rocks to jump from and were a lot of fun.

Coeur D'Alene is also beautiful. We really are in a beautiful part of the country.
